Robert A. Barnett, 83, of Baytown, passed away at his home on Wednesday, June 12, 2013. He was born in Clinton, Illinois, on March 4, 1930, to Kenneth James Barnett and Hazel Anderson Barnett. Joe was born May 10th, 1916, on a farm near Hoxie, Kansas. He was the oldest son of Ray and Ethyl Lacey. Joe had five brothers Charlie, Bill, Max, John, and Ray Jr. and one sister Rosalie.
